Equipment Rentals
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The RENTER shall keep and maintain the rented equipment during the terms of the rental at his cost and expense. The RENTER shall keep the equipment in a good state of repair, normal wear and tear excepted. The RENTER shall pay PINE LANDSCAPE CENTER full compensation for replacement and/or repair of any equipment should it be deemed lost, stolen, or damaged and in need of repair to put into the same condition it was at the time of rental, normal wear and tear excepted. The RENTER releases PINE LANDSCAPE CENTER from any liability due to expenses, damages, or injury caused by the rental and usage of the equipment.
